I found pieces similar that said that this might be Lily Pipes (for aquariums), pipes for venting alcohol containers as the alcohol is doing it's thing, and quite a few other purposes. Those who know me know that my response is, "Once you buy it, it is whatever you want it to be." Each is between 2.5" to 3" long and made of clear glass with no issues found.
