For those who wonder what a judge may be wearing under their robes…I don't believe that this is an accurate answer. This figure is made from what feels and weighs like cast iron and stands about 3.5" tall. I found similar ones by Phoenix Follies but I couldn't tell if they cast the figure and then someone painted it, or if Phoenix Follies bought the figure and they are the ones who painted it. Either way, the figure starts as a metal casting and then someone buys it and paints it.
