A ten percent (10%) buyer's premium & 1% online platform fee for a total buyers premium of 11% will be added to the high bid to establish the contract sales price.
Successful bidder or bidders will be required to enter into a written contract within 24 hours of auction end date and deposit 10% of contract sales price as non-refundable earnest money in the form of cash, cashiers/business/personal check to the closing attorney or title company’s escrow account.
NO CREDIT CARD will be allowed for earnest money or closing payments.
Balance of purchase price due on or before 45 days from end of auction at closing.
Taxes prorated to closing Date.
Possession will be given on date of closing.
Seller will provide warranty deed.
Buyer and seller will pay their part of closing.
Closing will be with seller's attorney or title company of seller's choice.
