Rare Antique Georgian 14K 10K Gold Dolphin Snake Watch Chain Necklace C.1850's
Handmade 10K gold chain comprised of crossed links. One end of the chain terminated with
fine detailed 14K gold Dolphine or Snake head with garnet eyes.. The whole watch necklace is 14" inches long. There are no hallmarks. Very good antique condition commensurate with age.
The chain itself, and the dog clip clasp tested 10K gold.
The Dolphin, the "tail", and the hook tested 14K gold.
Total weight is 38.6 grams.
