This vehicle appears to be in working condition, however the battery is dead. When jumped, the engine and battery turned on and idled for a short time without any issue. The vehicle was not driven so it is unknown if there are any further issues that might arise when moving. The radio and AC operated without issue. The food service equipment was not tested by the surplus department but the original owner indicated that it all operated properly. Please see attached documents for maintenance records and for a list of the food service equipment.

Physically, this vehicle appears to be in good condition. There did not appear to be any major damage to the exterior such as dents, scratches, or areas of rusting. There is some minor scuffing on the body, as well as some residue from OSU branded decals, but these appear to be mostly cosmetic issues. The interior of the vehicle appears to be in a similar condition. The cab looked to be undamaged. The food service rear of the vehicle had some wear and tear on the interior surfaces, such as rust spots and scuffing, but nothing appeared to be seriously damaged. Please see photos for reference.
