Fully Functional Tiny House

The Construction, Design and Management pathway at North Point High School has completed the construction of its first Tiny House build! This capstone project was started during the 2021-2022 school year and has provided students an opportunity to showcase their skills learned throughout the pathway.

The 160 square foot, studio-style home was built using plans from Tiny House, Inc. and California Tiny Homes, with each build benchmark being certified by Pacific West Associates, Inc. Each of the 15 benchmarks inspections are provided below under the 'Attachments' section.

Proceeds from this sale will help fund the next Tiny Home build, scheduled to begin in Fall 2025.

The Tiny House sits on an 8 foot by 20 foot trailer that was manufactured in 06/2021.

The approximate weight of the trailer and structure combined is 10,000 lbs.
The house is 11 feet 3 inches tall.
It is equipped with a "murphy style" bed, kitchen sink, microwave, refrigerator/freezer combo, two burner cooktop, stand up shower, toilet, exhaust van, bathroom sink, and medicine cabinet.
Seller has the title to the trailer and it will be provide to the winning buyer.
