This simulcast auction will be held at our studio located at: 2675 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL, 33952

Auction preview is scheduled at 4:00PM on Saturday, October 4th in advance of the live portion of this auction

Please note that you can also participate in the simulcast online if you prefer or join us in-person

You must participate in the simulcast portion of this auction to closeout your bidding.  There will be a brief pause in online bidding on or around 5:00PM on the day of auction to prepare for the online simulcast

It is your responsibility to view or ask questions about any auction items or lots as all sales are final

Please note that some or all of your items may require a successful wire transfer prior to shipping

By attending preview, pickup or any other portion of this auction you agree to indemnify Crimson Estate Services against any slip, fall, injury, illness or any other instance which might cause injury or death

Failure to settle your invoice with is within 5 business days will result in the loss of your bidding privileges.  We also reserve the right to sell your item(s) to a backup bidder after this same time period unless other arrangements have been made in advance. 

All precious metals sales are final!  We utilize a Niton XRF precious metals analyzer to test unmarked or unstamped pieces.  The Niton technology while advanced should only be used as a predictor.  Otherwise, all pieces are cataloged as they are visualized.  Please bid accordingly

We accept cash, credit/debit card, local check, commercial check, Zelle or wire

Please bring your own moving help as none will be provided 

Auctioneer will settle all disputes

Pickup day is the day of the auction on Saturday, October 4th, 2025 at our auction studio.  A backup pickup day will be Monday, October 6th.  Please make arrangements with us by calling (941)380-7688 if you will require a alternate pickup.
