Please do not attempt to inspect outside of the posted inspection period.
PLEASE NOTE: Monster Tree Service is NOT the affected borrower in this auction. They have, however, graciously agreed to allow our auction on their premises.
AUCTION REGISTRATION: Online registration and bidding will start on December 7th, 2025.
TERMS: Payment will only be taken in the form of a wire transfer directly to the Auctioneer. Payment must be received within 24 hours following the auction. All wire transfer information MUST BE VERBALLY CONFIRMED BEFORE sending any payment.
REMOVAL: Once confirmation of bank wire has been received items may be removed, by appointment, beginning at 9 AM on Friday, December 19th. All items must be removed by 12 PM on Monday, December 22nd.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium for this auction. Example: For a high bid of $10,000, a 10% buyer’s premium of $1,000 will be added making the purchase price $11,000.
