Nov 2021 began the 44th year for Colonel Phil Riner as a professional Auctioneer, Estate & Business Liquidator, Appraiser, & Precious Metals Broker.  Because of his clear, distinct auction chant he appeared in a TV news report while attending auction school.
Phil is known for being diligent in producing high returns for his clients.  A Christian businessman active in his church, his reputation for integrity and fairness is equally well known.

Riner auction events have included the estates of: Richard Caward, 20 year private chef to billionaire Malcom Forbes; 1930-40's actress and stage performer Dorothy DeClue Wylie; living estate of former White House Senior Staff member Faith Whittlesey; Piper Aircraft expert Maurice Taylor; multi-millionaire advertising executive & philanthropists John & Ellie Miller; and thousands of estate & business liquidations for satisfied clients.  Riner conducts Auctions or Pre-Priced Sales for estates, businesses, manufacturers, and most needs. His firm also sells autos, antiques, jewelry, guns, coins, art, & collectibles.  Mr. Riner is often guest auctioneer for charitable & civic fund-raising events and guest speaker at a variety of events. During a cruise, he taught the "Seminar At Sea" course he created concerning Auctions and Resale Markets. The seminar produced 4 auctioneers. Another attendee opened an antiques store.

When Phil Riner discovered a handwritten George Washington letter in a Lakeland, FL estate he received worldwide media attention. The estate received 12 times what the executor had been offered.
An auction in Lake Wales, FL pleased estate trust officers when the Riner auction realized $50,000 above the appraised value of the home. Phil subsequently wrote an article for the Florida banking and trust magazine.
