Applicable Sales Tax of 7% will be added to all purchases, unless the purchaser has a valid resale certificate and is purchasing for resale with proper documentation. NO EXCEPTIONS

By placing a successful bid, you are entering a binding agreement between yourself and the Seller. Once accepted, bids may not be retracted or cancelled and, upon acceptance by the Seller, constitute a binding agreement between the Buyer and Seller. '

AUCTIONEER SHALL HAVE ABSOLUTE DISCRETION IN THE CASE OF A DISPUTED LOT, AND HAS THE RIGHT TO REOPEN THE BIDDING ON SUCH DISPUTED LOTS. (for example, if the highest bid is $100, the auction may not accept a request to bid $101)

All lots will be sold ABSOLUTE, to the highest bidder regardless of price, unless otherwise stated by the auctioneer. Less then 5% of the lots in the auction will have an "undisclosed reserve" which may be indicated by ** at the end of the lot descriptions, and/or announced live by the auctioneer. Auctioneer will disclose at the conclusion of each lot that has a reserve, if the reserve was met, or if the reserve was not met. We pride ourselves on transparency, please do not hesitate to reach out prior to the auction if you have any questions regarding reserved items. 

Absentee bids may be accepted by the auctioneer prior to the start of the live auction, absentee bids will only be accepted in-person, with cash deposits in hand. The auctioneer will bid on behalf of the absentee bidders. During the live sale, "FLOOR BIDDER" may indicate an absentee bid, a live bid, and/or a bid from a competitive platform.

LOCAL PICK UP - ONCE PAID IN FULL,  FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 23rd - 12noon-5pm 

SHIPPING USPS OR UPS WITH TRACKING... POSTAGE COST, PLUS $15 HANDLING FEE. (ONLY $5 HANDLING FEE FOR FIRST CLASS PACKAGES UNDER 15oz)
