18% Buyer premium covers the rising site cost fees, transaction charges, and credit card fees. You are invited to pay cash to save the 3% fee, but you must bid with an active card we can charge if you do not arrive during our pickup time, as we must pay our Consignor after the close of the auction.
You will receive an email shortly after the auction closes from Shipping Saint. Please use this link even if you are picking up your items to schedule a time slot for your pickup. This makes us more efficient to serve you upon arrival by having your order pulled and ready. This is also where you can select to have your items shipped to you with our in-house shipping center. We will take every effort to combine all your items in as few boxes as possible to reduce your shipping expense however we can while ensuring we still provide a safe trip for your new found treasure. Please understand that we have no way of knowing the shipping charges for your items until we put your order together, pack the items and weigh them. We use Fedex, UPS, and USPS. We will select the most affordable method and add enough insurance to protect your order entirely in the event of a damaged or lost shipment. We guarantee we will save you money over any chain shipping store. We recycle packing materials to provide as much material as possible for free.
Items must be picked up or shipping selected by the time allotted within the terms and conditions on the auction page. Failure to pick up your items, or contact us to make acceptable arrangements, deems them abandoned and will result in forfeiture of your items to Elevated Auction, LLC.

Pickup will be from 12-4 on Saturday 12/22 at the Market at the Mill. You can enter through the Shopping Center, or drive all the way around back to our warehouse for pickup.
