December Consignment Auction

By placing a bid, bidder acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to all of the Terms & Conditions of the auction.

A Buyers's Premium of 15% will be added to the final bid price of each item.

Sales tax of 6% will be added to the entire invoice, including Buyer's Premium, to all South Carolina buyers unless the winning bidder supplies Ace Auctions LLC with a tax exempt certificate prior to auction closing.

TAX EMEMPT BUYERS: You must supply Ace Auctions with your resale certificate number prior to the auction close. Once the auction is closed and you have been invoiced and charged, no refunds will be given for sales tax.

All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Bidder must have a valid credit or debit card on file with HiBid to be approved to bid in this auction. We accept VISA/MC, Discover, and American Express. Buyers wishing to pay by cash at pickup must notify Ace Auctions LLC at info@AceAuctionsLLC.com prior to auction close.

 This is an online only auction. Bidder acknowledges that this may or may not function correctly on the closing day of the auction. Bidder shall not have any claim against Ace Auctions LLC for internet service failure at any time during the auction. Ace Auctions LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in case of system failures.

 At the stated closing time of the auction, bidding will conclude on one lot every few seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last two (2) minutes remaining for a lot, bidding for that lot will automatically extend until no bids are placed on the item for two (2) minutes.

Ace Auctions LLC will charge winning bidders card on file immediately following the auction close. In the event that a charge is declined, the winning bidder will be notified and will have until the end of the scheduled pickup time to pay the invoice. Unless other arrangments have been made, all unpaid items at the end of the scheduled pickup time are forfeited. Bidders who fail to pay for their items will be blocked from all future Ace Auctions LLC sales and reported to HiBid. If you do not intend to pay, do not bid.

 All auctions will have a scheduled preview date and time for bidders to inspect the items. Bidder inspection is strongly encouraged. All items are in used condition unless otherwise stated. Bidders should attend preview, view all photos, read the entire description, and ask any questions prior to placing a bid. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. PLEASE PREVIEW!!!

Ace Auctions LLC describes all items in good faith to their best ability. All descriptions are believed accurate but are not warranted. We attempt to test all powered items and if they are working at the time of the listing, this will be stated. Ace Auctions LLC does not warrant or guarantee any items in the auction. Ace Auctions LLC reserves the right to add or delete items during the auction. All bids placed are for the lot described. Other items may appear in photos, or in the event of an error, the winning bidder will receive the item described. Ace Auctions LLC reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.

Items must be picked up on Tuesday December 13, 2022 from 12 PM until 6 PM. Please bring loading help, boxes and packing material if needed. Items not picked up by 6 PM are forfeited unless other arrangements have been made.

After the auction closes, all buyers will be sent an email from Shipping Saint to select pickup or shipping. Buyers may choose an estimated time of arrival to expedite pickup.

 Ace Auctions LLC offers shipping at the buyers expense. Please consider the cost of shipping when placing your bids. We will ship items that can be boxed through USPS or UPS. No large items or furniture will be shipped. Each lot specifies whether shipping is offered. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer will be sent an invoice through Shipping Saint for shipping costs which will include boxes, packing material, labor, and postage. If a shipping invoice remains unpaid after seven (7) days, the items will be considered forfeited and no refunds will be given.

 If you do not want your items shipped and wish to forfeit your purchase, you must email that request to info@aceauctionsllc.com. No refunds will be given, all sales are final.

 Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or seller.
