Successful bidder or bidders will be required to enter into a written contract within 24 Hours of Auction End Date and deposit 10% of Contract sales price as non-refundable earnest money in the form of Cash, Cashiers, Business or Personal check to Taylor Auction Escrow Account, NO CC will be allowed for earnest money or closing payments.
Balance of purchase price due on or before 45 Days from end of auction at Closing.
