BUYER’S PREMIUM (added to the total hammer price): 15% Premium Using Credit Card 12% Premium Using Cash/Wire Transfer/Zelle/Certified Check PAYMENT INFORMATION: The credit card on file with hibid.com will automatically be charged once the auction ends. Purchases must be paid in full before items can be picked up. Items/lots not paid for within 8 days (including weekends, holiday and business days) of the concluded auction will be deemed abandoned and sold at a future auction or returned to the seller. Buyer specifically WAIVES the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. Invoice(s) over $250.00 may require payment via cash/wire transfer/Zelle/cashiers check/ACH/Money Order/Certified Check as the only method of payment. All new Hibid accounts under 6 months of age may be required to pay via Cash/Wire Transfer/Zelle/Cashiers Check/ACH/Money Order/Certified Check. Requests to pay by cash at pickup should be sent to “support@agelessauctions.com” prior to the conclusion of the auction. All items will be shipped to the credit card billing address of record unless you would like to pay by Zelle or wire transfer. Resellers must submit a valid 2023 resale certificate before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged on all in-state transactions. BIDDING: All items are sold/shown "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" All bids submitted are final and irrevocable, whether they are submitted in person, online or by proxy. If you are the highest bidder you are the new owner of that item. Ageless Auctions reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual. Descriptions/photos are provided to help identify an item and create interest. Measurements provided are an approximate. Descriptions/photos are not complete or exhaustive. It is up to the buyer to determine the condition of the item before they submit a bid. Any item remaining on premise 30 calendar days after the auction has closed, shall become property of Ageless Auctions without written notice provided to the winning bidder. Refunds will not be given on abandoned items. Item Removal: Buyers are responsible for removal of purchases from the auction site. Buyers will provide their own moving equipment, packaging, boxes & personnel. Ageless Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction for any reason and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Ageless Auctions, at its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding or reschedule the closing date of the auction and resell any items/lots that were affected by any malfunction.
