This is a online storage locker auction, each bid will be for the entire locker. Locker contains up scale furniture, clothing, collectables, and more. Pickup must be completed within 48 hours of the hammer. Appointment must be made for pickup. All items in the locker must be removed in the 48 hour time frame. A cash deposit of $100 will be required before contents are released to bidder, failure to provide deposit will result in forfeiture of locker and payment. Failure to remove all contents of locker within the 48hr. time frame will result in forfeiture of payment. Payment in full must be made prior to pickup appointment. Highest bidder wins the entire locker after reserve is met. There will be a 10% bidders premium and sales tax added to the final hammer price.
Payment must be made in advance prior to pickup. Payment may be made through the Auction software or by contacting 361-462-8046. All sales are final, contents in locker are sold "As-is, where is" there will be no refunds for any reason. There will be no help provided to clear locker, please bring enough help to have the locker cleared in the required time.
Pick up will be made by appointment only.
