844 S. Florida Ave. Lakeland. FL 33801.
***All Firearms Are Subject To A $5.00 Background Check, Excluding Black Powder Firearms and Pre 1898.
***A 3 Day Waiting Period Applies To All Hand Guns & Now To All Long Guns Unless You Provide A Valid Concealed Carry Permit. **In 2018, Florida enacted a 3-day waiting period on all long guns unless you have a valid concealed weapons permit.

Saturday, 10:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Monday – Friday, 10:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Shipping:
Shipping will be calculated and invoiced following the auction, items will only be shipped once paid in full. Firearms and all applicable items must be shipped to your local FFL, Bidder is responsible to provide the FFL info they'd prefer their items to ship to. This info can be emailed to us from the bidder or their FFL Dealer. The Local FFL will handle any standard background checks and FFL fees.
Live Bidding Terms:
10% Buyers Premium. A 3.5% surcharge for credit/debit cards. Items purchased will not be released until full payment is received, verified, and approved. Payment may be made with cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX.
Online Bidding Terms:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Wire Transfer
15% Buyer’s Premium, 7% Florida Sales Tax(where applicable) 3.5% credit/debit surcharge. Dealers purchasing must register their State of Florida tax exemption form prior to the sale. If you provide a valid copy of your State of Florida tax exemption certificate within 7 days after the auction, the sales tax will be refunded to you. No sales tax will be charged for out of state purchases.
Payment made by credit card on file with Proxibid immediately following the auction close. Shipping is available, check internet bidding site for terms. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted. A second charge will be charged to your card once shipping and handling charges have been established.
