Inspection | Preview date: Monday, April 22 from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. by appointment.

Pick-up | Removal Location: 5081 Lantana Road, Lake Worth, FL 33463.

Checkout | Removal date: April 24 through April 29 from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. (excludes weekend). 

Payment Information: Full payment due no later than Wed, April 24 by 4:00 P.M.
Payment Options: Zelle (preferred), Cashier’s Check, Wire Transfer, Cash and Major Credit Cards (excludes AMEX).

Buyer’s Premium: 20% BP will apply to all lots.

3. Buyer’s Premium: there is a 20% Buyer’s Premium added to the final bid price.
4. Inspection: Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property before placing bids. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value, condition, age, genuineness, authenticity, defectiveness, or any other determinative factor. 
5. Withdrawal/Cancellation: Moecker Auctions retains the right to withdraw any item from the sale before, during, or after the auction without liability. The auctioneer also reserves the right to cancel the sale at their discretion.
