Boat includes an Evinrude Motor cannot read the model and SN. Ball hitch measures 2". Trailer does not have a readable Make, Model or VIN. Tires are sunken in ground.

Government will provide SF-97 to obtain Title and Registration for the boat. Purchaser will need to apply for new VIN for trailer.
